My name is John Winstanley. I'm The Digital Addiction Coach, and I've created the first digital detox program proven to break you free from unwanted sexual behavior, pornography addiction, out-of-control gaming, or gambling. Like you, I hated what I was doing online, and I lived a life in constant fear that my secret would be found out, made public, and ruin my life...I was living in a mental torture room of my own making.

I was afraid my loved ones, co-workers, church, and friends would discover my double life and exile me out of their lives forever. But I got out.
For 20 years, I've walked the path of sobriety, and now I'm here to show YOU the same path and overcome this insidious addiction once and for all.

Unlike other services, you will also receive complete technology support to lock down those devices, and you don't have to go to group meetings—it's all private, one-on-one sessions with me.
